Current Families
Registration opens January 6th and is a two-step process:

1. Complete the re-enrollment form on Gradelink using your family login information (SAR School code is 1748)
2. Pay the non-refundable Enrollment/Technology fee on JotForm at https://form.jotform.com/24346504016815

New Families
Registration opens ​January 18th. Families new to St. Alban Roe School should contact Margaret Dorsey in the School Office (636-458-6084 or [email protected]). She can set up a tour of the school and provide information ​on the registration process. Registration includes completing an online application on Gradelink (our student information system) and payment of the non-refundable Enrollment/Technology fee on Jotform.

Required Immunizations

St. Alban Roe Catholic School follows the Missouri Department of Health Immunization schedule. Records of your child's immunizations can be sent to our school nurse, Mary Ernst at [email protected].

Required Academic Records

All records from previously attended schools including transcripts should be submitted to Margaret Dorsey at [email protected].

Admission Priority Policy

• Currently enrolled students whose families are living the Christian Witness Covenant and have met the previous year’s financial obligations;
• Siblings of currently enrolled students.
• Children of registered, contributing* and participating members of Saint Alban Roe Catholic Parish.
• Children of non-registered families will be considered for admission if enrollment for a specific grade is not at capacity.

Jr. Kindergarten Policy

In order to be eligible for Jr. Kindergarten, a child must be four years old by September 15th. Exception to this policy is subject to the approval of Administration.

Kindergarten Policy

In order to be eligible for Kindergarten, a child must be five years old by August 1 and have completed and successfully passed the Kindergarten Readiness Screening administered by Saint Alban Roe Catholic School.

Admission Requirements

When a child is accepted into the school, the following documentation is necessary for registration to be completed:

• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate
• Immunization Records / Physical Examination Report
• Academic Information from previous schools if applicable.
