How long is the OCIA program at St. Alban Roe?
OCIA is a spiritual journey for about thirty weeks which includes periods for making inquiry and for maturing, and also include steps marking the person's journey:
- Discernment
- Catechesis (instruction)
- Enlightenment, prayer and renewal in Lent and the celebration of the Sacraments of Initiation at Easter
- Deepening the Christian experience and understanding of teaching for lifelong participation as a member of the Catholic Church.
